Joining figures

Hi everyone, I have a newbie question I hope someone can help me with. I´ve just started working with Poser 7 and wonder how to join 2 figures together to make one. I´ve already tried the "Grouping Tool" but can´t seem to achieve what I´m looking for. To give you some more info: I´m trying to attach Angel Wings to the back of the figure "James". Thanks in advance!
